540PM: Poly•U® Polyurethane Adhesive Remover

BLUE BEAR® Poly•U® 540PM Polyurethane Adhesive Remover is specifically formulated to remove polyurethane-based adhesives from pre-engineered wood floors, UV-finished wood floors and concrete substrates. The gel formula makes it easy to target affected areas – whether it’s adhesive that has seeped through floor slats or been tracked across the floor by workers’ shoes.

APPLICATION: Test in a small, inconspicuous area before beginning project. 

For pre-engineered flooring surfaces: Spread a small amount of Poly•U 540PM on the adhesive. Let Poly•U 540PM sit for a couple of minutes if adhesive has just come in contact with floor. Let it sit for 15 to 60 minutes for older adhesives. Once adhesive is softened, wipe or scrape Poly•U 540PM and adhesive from floor. 

For wood floors on concrete surfaces: Spread Poly•U 540PM 1/8” thick over highest level of adhesive. Let sit for eight to 12 hours. Scrape Poly•U 540PM and adhesive off concrete.
