360AR: BEAN•e•doo® Asphalt Release

BLUE BEAR® BEAN•e•doo® 360AR Asphalt Release is specially formulated to replace petroleum- and soap-based asphalt releases. Typical releases leave behind stuck-on build-up, but BEAN•e•doo 360AR can withstand the high temperatures of hot mixes, preventing them from bonding to metal surfaces. Used full strength or diluted, BEAN•e•doo 360AR provides enhanced slips and less clean-up at the end of the day. 

• Flash point above 200℉ makes it safer than petroleum-based releases
• No harsh chemicals; made with American-grown soybeans 
• Use pump-up sprayer with chemical-resistant seals for easy application

DILUTION: On average, use of BEAN•e•doo 360AR at full strength will provide four or more slides; dilution of one part BEAN•e•doo 360AR to five parts water (1:5 mixing ratio) will provide three to four slides; dilution of one part BEAN•e•doo 360AR to 10 parts water (1:10 mixing ratio) will provide two to three slides; and dilution of one part BEAN•e•doo 360AR to 20 parts water (1:20 mixing ratio) will provide one to two slides.

APPLICATION: Spray a light coat of BEAN•e•doo 360AR to metal surface to prevent sticking of asphalt hot mix.
